By accessing or using Kovak AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Credits & Billing

Kovak AI operates on a credit-based system. Monthly plans include credits that renew each billing period; extra credit packs never expire. Credits are consumed based on actual usage (tokens processed) and vary by model. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kovak AI for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI model availability depends on third-party providers.
